SIMPLECOM EC415B NVME M2 SSD Simplecom EC415B NVMe M.2 SSD to PCIe x4 x8 x16 Expansion Card with Aluminium Heat Sink Black. EC415B is a PCI Express expansion card designed to add NVMe M.2 SSD onto the existing PC motherboard. It comes with an aluminum heatsink for effective heat dissipation and a silicone thermal pad for improved thermal conductivity. Designed for NVMe M.2 SSD only, this expansion card can fully utilize the performance of the NVMe SSD. Important Note This model is for use with NVMe SSD only, SATA M.2 SSD is Not supported. It supports a physical PCIe x4 x8 x16 slot only, a PCIe x1 slot is Not supported. It supports logical/throughput interface up to PCIe x4. NVMe M.2 SSD requires the use of Intel 9 series (Z97 H97 Z170 X99) or higher version chipset-based motherboard with Windows 8 or higher operating system.
